Pascal Mittelbach (London) serves as a Senior Partner at SABR Partners, covering equity and debt investment and advisory.  Besides SABR, he is currently serving as the Co-founder and CEO of the European intelligent consumer technology firm, Initta Technology Partners.

 

Prior to that, Pascal was an Investment Advisor at BP, responsible for strategic corporates and partnerships at its global headquarters in London, and served as an Advisor to early-stage technology, software and healthcare companies and founders in Europe including lead positions at the Munich-based digital healthcare provider Avi Medical, where he focused on financing, acquisitions and financial reporting, and Berlin-based procurement software platform Choco, where he was responsible for corporate development and acquisitions.

Prior to that, Pascal worked at the private equity powerhouse, Apollo Global Management, where he was an investment professional in the private credit team and responsible for the origination and execution of direct lending transactions in Europe.  Prior to that he was an investment banker at Credit Suisse, where he worked on the leveraged finance and financial sponsors desk in London and closed more than €10 billion high yield bond and leveraged loan transactions in Europe as the lead left advisor.  Pascal also worked as an Investment Analyst at One Equity Partners, the $10 billion private equity firm that spun out of JP Morgan Chase, and Ardian, the $150 billion alternative asset manager that spun out of AXA IM.

Pascal holds an MSc in Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a BSc in international Business from Maastricht University.  He is fluent in English and German.
