Matthew has 25 years international experience in investment banking, fintech, technology, media and communications as an executive, director, corporate advisor and early-stage investor.  Amongst other advisory roles, Matthew is a director of a fintech, advisory board chair of an automotive business and advisor to a global data distribution company.

Matthew served as Deputy CEO and on the Advisory Board of international advisory firm Brookwood Capital,  He previously served as General Manager of communications satellite operator PanAmSat for Europe, North Africa and the Middle East.  Matthew was a founding partner of InMedia Management, a European media and technology investment fund with investments in Europe and the United States.  He was an investor and advisory board member of Xlantic Music, which produced a 10x platinum album in India.  Matthew began his career with the Department of Foreign Affairs of the Government of Canada.

Matthew holds three academic qualifications: a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario; a Post-Graduate Diploma in Asia Management from Capilano University; and a Master of Business Administration from the Institut des Hautes Etudes Economiques et Commerciales in France.  Matthew speaks English and French fluently.
